In case of a Multi-User Access:

• Browse to the No Company Open option, and in the File menu, choose the Utility option.
• Verify whether the menu option Host Multi-User Access is showcased or not. One or more users’ systems will highlight the menu selection, stop Hosting Multi-
User Access, which indicates that they are at this moment, have been a hosting multi-user access.
• On any user system highlighting the "Discontinue Hosting Multi-User Access", tap the same option and execute the instructions for exiting from the hosting.
Attempt executing the file which has an issue again. If the issue still persists, you have to execute the Solution 3.

Solution 3: For Multi-User access, alter the settings to Hosting Local and Remote files mode
Access QuickBooks and post that hold the F2 key. This will raise a message of the Product Information window.

The moment when the company file is accessed on your system screen, you have to hold the F2 key for opening the Product Information window.
